- Q3：I want information to be corrected.
- Contact us from the inquiry form. In the case of request for correction of address, opening date and capacity, we will respond quickly after confirming that the information is correct. In principle, we do not accept requests for corrections of vacancies or the number of children in the facility. Because we cannot confirm that the request is correct. If we can confirm that the information is correct on the nursery's official website or other trusted sites, we will consider a correction. Tell us that.
- Q4：Why availability is not updated?
- We update the information when we can find the availability on the Internet. Conversely, if we can't find availability, the information will not be updated.
- Q5：I want to know the source of vacancy information
- There is no specific source. After automatically gathering information on the internet from many sites, we estimate availability.
- Q6：I want to know how to measure the walking time from the nursery school to the station.
- We pick up all stations that are within 1.5 km of the nursery school. If there is no station within 1.5 km, we will pick up the one with the shortest straight distance. The walking time is calculated based on the straight distance from the station to the nursery school. If there is a river or sea in the middle of the route, it may be very different from the real time. Please use the inquiry form to request a correction for nearby stations and walking times.
